GoHighLevel annual vs monthly billing is a two-month discount in exchange for paying 12 months up front: Starter is $970 a year instead of $1,164 on monthly billing, Unlimited is $2,970 instead of $3,564, and Agency Pro is $4,970 instead of $5,964. That saves $194, $594 and $994 a year, which is exactly two months on each plan. The catch is HighLevel's terms: fees are non-refundable, including unused subscription time, so annual billing is a bet that you will still use the platform in month 12. Pay yearly only after the first 90 days have proved it.

When is GoHighLevel annual billing worth it?

What do HighLevel's terms say about annual plans and refunds?

The terms of service say subscription fees are billed in advance, on a monthly or annual basis, and renew automatically. They say all fees assessed by HighLevel are non-refundable, including subscription fees, that unused or cancelled pre-paid services are non-refundable, and that HighLevel can issue or deny a refund or credit at its sole discretion. Read the sections yourself in HighLevel's terms, and see our summary in GoHighLevel's refund policy.

How to switch between monthly and annual

We have not tested the billing screen for every account type, so we do not describe menus here. In practice: look in your account's billing settings for the plan and billing interval, check what the change does to your next renewal date, and ask HighLevel support to confirm in writing whether the new period starts immediately. Do it a month before a renewal, not on the day.

Frequently asked questions about GoHighLevel annual vs monthly billing

Is GoHighLevel cheaper if you pay annually?

Yes, annual prices are $970, $2,970 and $4,970, which equal ten monthly payments, so you get two months free on each plan.

Can you get a refund on a GoHighLevel annual plan?

HighLevel's terms say fees are non-refundable, including unused prepaid time, and that refunds or credits are at its sole discretion. Assume you will not get one.

Does annual billing include usage like texts and email?

No, usage is billed from a wallet on top of the plan. See GoHighLevel SMS and email costs.

Can you cancel GoHighLevel any time?

HighLevel states it operates month to month, and you can cancel in your account or by support ticket. Fees accrue until the cancellation takes effect, and failed cancellations are not refunded.

Should an agency pay annually?

Once the clients are paying and the margins are proven, yes, because it improves margin on a plan you will keep. In the first quarter, stay monthly.

Does the annual price lock in the rate?

HighLevel's pricing page does not say whether the annual price locks in the rate. Ask HighLevel how a price change would affect an annual subscription already running.
