White label

GoHighLevel white label setup

By Updated

White label in GoHighLevel is a set of settings: your domain for the app, your logo and colors, your sending domains and phone numbers, and optionally a branded mobile app. We configure all of it and give you a written list of what clients will still be able to recognise as HighLevel.

Free 30-minute call with a free account audit. Every price is a custom quote in writing. No obligation.

  1. Your marketing site
  2. app.yourbrand.com
  3. Branded dashboard
  4. Branded emails and texts
  5. Your help center
  6. Your support team
Starting point

What usually gets missed

The app is branded but system emails still come from a HighLevel-looking sender.

Clients log in through a generic URL instead of app.yourbrand.com.

Nobody evaluated the mobile app add-on, so clients download the HighLevel app.

Help articles and onboarding videos still show HighLevel branding.

Scope

Mobile app

Outcome

What you can expect

  • Clients see your product on your domain.
  • Fewer "what is HighLevel?" questions.
  • Branded onboarding that supports your price.

We do not publish percentage promises. The case study shows a real build with the numbers the client reported.

Limits

What this does not cover

  • Some surfaces, legal pages and the app store listing carry HighLevel requirements or costs; we list them.
  • The branded mobile app is a paid HighLevel add-on with its own timeline.
  • White label changes appearance, not features.

FAQ

Questions we get before a project starts

What can be white-labeled in GoHighLevel?

The web app domain and login page, logo, colors and most of the interface, email sender domains, phone numbers, and optionally the mobile app through HighLevel's add-on. We give you a written list of what stays HighLevel-branded.

Does white label require SaaS mode?

No, at the time of writing, white-label branding is available on the Unlimited plan; SaaS mode and rebilling need Agency Pro. Many agencies white-label first and add SaaS mode later.

Can clients tell it is GoHighLevel?

A determined client can find out, and a few screens cannot be rebranded. Most clients never look. The point is a consistent experience, not secrecy.

What does white label include?

Your own app domain, logo and colours, a branded login and email sending from your domain. The $497 plan adds the branded mobile app and SaaS mode at the time of writing. Check HighLevel's pricing page for what each plan includes.

How long does white-label setup take?

The work itself takes a day or two. DNS records and email authentication then need time to propagate and be verified, so allow a few days before the first client sees it.

Can clients tell the platform is GoHighLevel?

Not on the surfaces you brand: the login, app, emails and phone numbers appear under your name. Some help articles and system messages may still reference HighLevel, so we test each client-facing path and tell you where it shows.
