GoHighLevel support services

By Updated

GoHighLevel support services are a monthly arrangement for an account that already exists: we fix what breaks, clean up what has accumulated, add what the business needs next, and review the numbers once a month. Triage within a business day, every fix with a written cause, and a map of the account that stays current.

Free 30-minute call with a free account audit. Every price is a custom quote in writing. No obligation.

  1. Request or alert
  2. Triage within one business day

  4. Fix, in staging if risky
  5. Deploy and verify
  6. Account map updated
Starting point

What happens to an account nobody owns

Workflows nobody dares to edit because nobody knows what they do.

New staff, services and numbers added without updating routing.

Deliverability and A2P problems noticed only when replies stop.

Reports nobody trusts, so decisions come from memory.

Scope

What GoHighLevel support services cover

Troubleshooting

Workflows not triggering, calendar sync, email to spam, A2P rejections, integration failures. Diagnosed from Execution Logs, fixed, written up.

Cleanup

Duplicate workflows retired, tags and fields normalised, dead pipelines archived, permissions fixed.

Monthly review

Response times, stage conversion, reply rates and no-shows, with changes ranked by impact.

Additions

New services, calendars, team members, locations and campaigns built into the existing structure.

Integrations

Webhooks, Zaps and API connections kept working as the other tools change.

Documentation

A living map of the account.

Structure

How a request moves

Steps

How the work runs

The full ten-step method with deliverables is on the process page.

  1. Audit

A baseline of the account before support starts.

  2. Backlog

    Known issues and improvements, ranked.

  3. Cadence

Weekly fixes, monthly review, quarterly architecture check.

  4. Report

A short monthly note: what changed, what moved, what is next.

Outcome

What you can expect

  • Problems found in logs, not by customers.
  • An account a new hire can learn in a day.
  • Small improvements every month instead of a rebuild every two years.

We do not publish percentage promises. The case study shows a real build with the numbers the client reported.

Limits

What this does not cover

  • We support the GoHighLevel account and its integrations, not your other software or your staff's daily work.
  • Platform outages and HighLevel-side bugs go to HighLevel support; we escalate and track them.
  • Response targets are the ones in the written plan.

FAQ

Questions we get before a project starts

Can you take over an account someone else built?

Yes, we start with an audit that documents every pipeline, workflow and integration, fix the urgent items, and build a backlog. You keep ownership throughout.

What does GoHighLevel support cost?

A monthly plan sized to the account: sub-accounts, workflows, integrations and the response time you need. One-off urgent fixes are scoped separately.

Do you replace HighLevel's own support?

No. HighLevel support handles platform issues and outages. We handle your implementation: how the account is built, why something behaves the way it does, and what to change.

What counts as a fix and what counts as a change?

A fix restores something that used to work or should work as designed. A change adds or alters behaviour. Both are covered in a support plan, with different turnaround; we agree the definitions in writing.

How fast do you respond?

Triage within a business day, with a written cause for each issue. If you need a faster response window, we scope it into the plan.

Can I move to support after a build with another team?

Yes, we start with a short audit so we understand the account, then agree a monthly scope. Documentation from the original builder helps; if none exists, producing it is the first job.
