Hire a GoHighLevel expert from a team of 14 that works only on HighLevel. Basic setup and single-location builds run $500 to $4,000 one-time, white label and SaaS builds $3,500 to $5,000, multi-location work is quoted by location, small one-off fixes are billed hourly at about $75 to $250, and the 30-minute call and account audit are free. The work follows the build standards of founder Yash Patel, is done inside your account with you as the owner, is tested with the Execution Logs open and is handed back with a change log, a recording and an account map. Not sure whether you need an expert, a consultant or a setup agency? The table further down sorts it in one line each.
What you get when you hire one of our GoHighLevel experts
- A team that has worked only on GoHighLevel since 2021, not a generalist learning the platform on your account.
- A written quote with deliverables and exclusions before any work starts.
- Work done in your account, with you as the owner, never in ours.
- Test contacts run through every path with the execution log open, and a test log you can read.
- A change log, a short recording of what changed, and an updated account map.

What our GoHighLevel experts do
| Area | What we build or fix | Usually hired when |
|---|---|---|
| Workflows | New workflows, repairs from the execution log, untangling duplicates, one job per workflow with clear exits | Leads get two texts or none; nobody knows which workflow is live |
| Lead response and booking | Speed-to-lead, routing by source or location, calendars, reminders, no-show recovery | Leads wait hours; booked calls do not show up |
| Phone, texting and A2P | Numbers, call routing, A2P brand and campaign registration, consent capture | Texts fail or the campaign was rejected |
| Email deliverability | Dedicated sending domain, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, list hygiene | Emails land in spam |
| Integrations | Stripe, Google and Outlook calendars, Facebook lead forms, Shopify, webhooks and the API | Data does not arrive or arrives twice |
| AI agents | Voice AI and Conversation AI with a defined scope, handoff rules and transcript review | You want after-hours calls and chats answered without guessing |
| Pipelines and reporting | Stages with entry and exit rules, fields, tags, dashboards that match how you sell | The pipeline is ignored and reports cannot be trusted |
| Agency accounts | Sub-account structure, snapshots that install cleanly, SaaS mode and rebilling | Every new client means rebuilding by hand |

Who you work with when you hire our GoHighLevel experts
HighLevel Automation Team was founded by Yash Patel, who leads system design standards, implementation quality and automation reliability across every project. He has worked hands-on in CRM architecture, automation workflows and GoHighLevel implementation for more than five years. Read his profile on the About page or find him on LinkedIn.
Every project follows the same build standards: the architecture document before any build, one job per workflow, testing with Execution Logs open, and documentation at handover. The team is 14 people across CRM architecture, automation engineering, QA and optimization, and it works on GoHighLevel only. The person you speak to on the strategy call works on accounts every week; there is no separate sales team reading from a script. We work with clients in the USA, UK, Dubai, Canada and the Netherlands, in healthcare, med spas, dental, real estate, insurance, home services, law and agencies, and our industry pages show the pipeline stages, workflows and compliance decisions for each.
How hiring a GoHighLevel expert works with us
- Free 30-minute call
You show us the account, or describe the setup. We audit it with you there and name what we would fix first.
- Written quote
Deliverables, exclusions, price and a start date, in writing. No work starts before you approve it.
- Build or fix
The work happens in your account. Nothing is published until it has been tested.
- Test
Test contacts through every path: form, missed call, booking, reschedule, no-show, won and lost.
- Hand over
Change log, recording and an updated account map, so your team or anyone else can carry on.
- Stay or go
Keep us on a monthly plan for changes and fixes, or run it yourself. Either is fine.
What to ask us for before you pay
- The written quote with deliverables, exclusions and a start date.
- The architecture document for the build, approved by you before anything is built.
- The test log from the Execution Logs, showing the paths that were run.
- The handover pack: change log, recording and account map.
What it costs to hire a GoHighLevel expert
| Work | Price |
|---|---|
| Strategy call and account audit | Free |
| Basic setup and single-location builds | $500 to $4,000 one-time |
| White label and SaaS setup | $3,500 to $5,000 one-time |
| Multi-location | Custom quote, based on how many locations you run |
| Small one-off fixes | About $75 to $250 per hour |
| Ongoing changes and support | Monthly plan, scope agreed in writing |
These are our prices for the work; HighLevel's own subscription is separate. Every job is quoted in writing after the call, and the pricing page explains what moves a quote. For the full cost of setting up a whole account, see GoHighLevel setup cost.
Hire a GoHighLevel expert by the job, by the project or by the month
Most of the first page of Google for this search sells GoHighLevel experts by the hour, from $10 to $19. For builds we quote a fixed price instead, because an hourly rate leaves you guessing at the total. Small one-off fixes are the exception and are billed hourly, as on our pricing page. Work comes in one of three shapes.
| How you hire us | Fits when | Price | You receive |
|---|---|---|---|
| A small one-off fix | One workflow misfires, A2P registration was rejected, the calendar double books, a form does not write to the right field | About $75 to $250 per hour; larger changes are scoped in writing first | The fix, a change log, a short recording of what changed |
| A project | A new account, a rebuild, a migration from another CRM, SaaS mode or white label for an agency | $500 to $4,000 for a single location; $3,500 to $5,000 for white label and SaaS; multi-location quoted | Architecture document, build, test log, recorded training, account map |
| A monthly plan | The account works and you want changes, fixes and a monthly review without hiring in-house | Monthly, scope in writing | Triage within a business day, fixes with a written cause, a monthly note on response times and conversion |
If you only want someone for a few hours of clicking, a freelancer is the cheaper choice and we will say so on the call.
What you can check before you hire our GoHighLevel experts
We publish a client's results only once the client has approved them in writing, so there is no named case study on this site right now. The screenshots on these pages are example GoHighLevel account screens that show how the platform works; they are not client results. The free audit on the call is the fastest way to judge our work on your own account.
As stated by the company: more than 450 projects since 2021, a team of 14 across CRM architecture, automation, QA and optimization, and clients in the USA, UK, Dubai, Canada and the Netherlands. Read about the team.
GoHighLevel expert, consultant or setup agency?
Hire a GoHighLevel expert to build or fix something in an account you have, a consultant to find out what is wrong first, a setup agency for a whole account, and an agency for ongoing support.
| You need | Hire |
|---|---|
| Something built or fixed in an account you already have | A GoHighLevel expert (this page) |
| To know what is wrong and what to do, before deciding who builds it | A GoHighLevel consultant |
| A whole account set up from scratch and handed over | A GoHighLevel setup agency |
| A team to plan, build, test and support the system over time | A GoHighLevel agency |
With us all three are the same team; the difference is how much of the account the job covers. Not sure which? Book the call and we will tell you.
Go High Level expert, GoHighLevel expert, GHL expert: are they the same?
Yes. Go High Level, GoHighLevel, HighLevel and GHL are spellings of the same platform, so a Go High Level expert, a GoHighLevel expert and a GHL expert are the same job: someone who builds and fixes inside the account.
The titles specialist, consultant, developer and admin overlap but are not identical. What a GHL expert is explains each one and what to ask for under that name.
Where to hire a GoHighLevel expert, and what each option is good for
People searching for a GoHighLevel expert end up choosing between four kinds of provider. Each one is right for a different job. The prices below are what those providers publish themselves; ours are the bands above.
| Option | Good for | Watch for | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancers on Upwork or Fiverr | A funnel, a landing page, a few workflows, a quick fix when you can describe exactly what you want | You are the project manager. Nobody owns the account map, the A2P registration or what happens when the freelancer moves on | Hourly or per gig, set by each freelancer |
| Offshore teams advertising hourly rates | Volume work on a known spec: building out snapshots, data entry, repetitive sub-account setup for agencies | "Certified" on the page does not mean the person on your account is. Ask who does the work and ask to see an account they built | $10 to $19 an hour on the first page of Google for this search |
| HighLevel's certified admin directory | Finding people who passed HighLevel's own admin certification | The badge proves platform knowledge, not that they have built your kind of business. What the certification covers | Set by each listed provider |
| A specialist implementation team | An account that has to work end to end: structure, workflows, texting registration, deliverability, integrations, testing, training, support | Costs more than a freelancer. Ask for the architecture document and the test log, in writing, before you pay | Project pricing; ours is $500 to $4,000 for a single location |

GoHighLevel expert reviews: what to check instead of the star rating
A five-star rating on a marketplace tells you a client was happy on handover day. It does not tell you whether the texts still deliver three months later. Before you hire any GoHighLevel expert, including us, ask for these six things. A good provider has them ready.
- A live account walkthrough. Not screenshots. Ask them to open Automation > Workflows in an account they built and explain what three of the workflows do and where each one exits.
- How they test. The answer should include the words Execution Logs and test contacts. "We checked it" is not a testing method.
- Who registers A2P 10DLC and the sending domain, and when. If it is not in the first week of the plan, texting will be the last thing to work.
- Who owns the account. You should be the owner of the sub-account, the phone numbers and the data, with the provider as a user you can remove.
- What the handover contains. A change log, a recording and an account map a new hire could read. If the answer is "we will train you on a call", the knowledge leaves when they do.
- A written scope with exclusions. The exclusions matter more than the inclusions, because that is where the surprise invoice lives.
Our red flags guide has ten more tests and how to run each one in a ten-minute call, and what the certified badge proves explains the credential. Use them on us too.

Frequently asked questions about hiring our GoHighLevel experts
What does a GoHighLevel expert do?
A GoHighLevel expert builds and fixes things inside the account: workflows, pipelines, calendars, phone and texting setup, email deliverability, integrations and AI agents. Ours also test every change with the execution log open and document what they changed.
How much does it cost to hire a GoHighLevel expert?
With us, basic setup and single-location builds run $500 to $4,000 one-time, white label and SaaS setup $3,500 to $5,000, multi-location is a custom quote, small one-off fixes are billed at about $75 to $250 per hour, and ongoing work is a monthly plan. The strategy call and the audit are free. HighLevel's subscription is separate.
How much does a GoHighLevel expert charge per hour?
With us, small one-off fixes are billed at about $75 to $250 per hour, depending on whether the fix touches the account structure; builds and projects are quoted as fixed pieces of work in writing. Hourly rates advertised by freelancers and assistants are lower: our agency market study found about $5 to $25 an hour, and the first page of Google shows $10 to $19 for offshore teams.
Is a certified GoHighLevel expert better?
Not automatically. HighLevel's Certified Admin credential shows that someone was tested on the platform; it does not show industry experience, build quality or support. Check any provider's listing in HighLevel's directory, then judge them on a live account and a test log. What the certified badge proves goes through it.
Can you fix an account someone else built?
Yes, most of our work starts that way. We read the workflow list and execution logs, keep what works and fix or rebuild what does not, and you get a written list of what changed.
Do you work in our account or yours?
We work in your GoHighLevel account, not ours. You stay the owner, and your numbers, contacts and workflows remain yours if you stop working with us.
How soon can you start?
The quote you get after the call includes a start date and a timeline. A single-location build usually takes three to five weeks including testing and training; smaller fixes are faster.
Do you only work on GoHighLevel?
Yes, GoHighLevel is the only platform we implement and support, which is why we know its workflow logic, limits, usage billing and registration rules before your project starts.
Should I hire a GoHighLevel expert on Upwork or Fiverr instead?
For a single funnel, a landing page or a small, clearly described fix, often yes; it is cheaper and faster. For an account that has to work end to end, with texting registration, deliverability, integrations, testing and someone to call in month four, a specialist team costs more and saves you from being the project manager. We tell people which they need on the call.
Do you charge by the hour?
Only for small one-off fixes, which are billed hourly at about $75 to $250 per hour. Builds and projects are quoted as fixed pieces of work in writing, from $500, so you know the total before anything starts. Ongoing work is a monthly plan with the scope written down.
Can you take over an account from a freelancer who has disappeared?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people call. We start with the free audit: the workflow list, the Execution Logs, the A2P status and the sending domain. You get a ranked list of what is broken and a written quote to fix it, and we document everything so it cannot happen the same way twice.
