Who we are

HighLevel Automation Team ("we") operates https://highlevelautomationteam.com. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Booking and enquiry details you enter when you book a strategy call or complete the contact form: name, email, company, website, and the answers you choose to give about your business. The details are emailed to us through Web3Forms, and booked times are created and confirmed through Cal.com (or Calendly when the calendar is unavailable); each processes them under its own privacy policy.
  • Usage data collected by analytics tools, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. Where required by law, analytics cookies are set only after consent.
  • Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To prepare for and hold the strategy call you booked, to respond to enquiries, to understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and our calendar (hosting, analytics, scheduling), each bound by its own terms, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's settings.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Contact us through the contact page. Residents of the EEA, UK, California and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies for the site to work and, with consent where required, analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
