How they fit together

How the six GoHighLevel solutions fit together in one account

Every solution on this page ends up in the same place: one GoHighLevel sub-account that holds your contacts, pipelines, calendars, phone number, sending domain and workflows. The solutions are the order in which that account gets built, not separate products.

CRM implementation is the structure. It decides which fields exist, what the pipeline stages are called, which calendars each person has, and how the phone number and the email domain are set up. Everything else sits on top of it, which is why we do not start automation work until the structure is approved on paper.

Automation is the workflows that run on that structure: speed to lead, missed call text back, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, review requests, reactivation. Each one has a trigger, a job and an exit. A workflow with no exit is how a customer who already booked keeps getting "are you still interested" texts.

Migration is implementation plus a move. The structure is designed first, then the old CRM's fields are mapped to it, the data is imported and checked, the old automations are rebuilt rather than copied, and both systems run side by side for a short period before the old one is switched off.

AI adds Conversation AI, Voice AI and workflow AI steps to an account that already works. The AI books from the real calendar and writes to the real contact record, so it only helps if the calendar and the record are set up properly. We say no to AI projects on accounts that have not had the structure fixed first.

SaaS mode and white label are for agencies that resell the platform. The work is a tested snapshot, the plans and rebilling on the Agency Pro plan, the branded app on your domain, and an onboarding your staff can run without us. It assumes a working single-account build to copy from.

Support and optimization is the monthly plan after launch: triage within a business day, fixes with a written cause, a monthly note on response times, stage conversion and failed workflow steps, and an account map that stays current as the business changes.

What every solution includes, whichever one you buy

  • An architecture document you approve before anything is built, with the pipelines, fields, calendars and the workflow list with triggers and exits.
  • Deliverability done inside the project: A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, a dedicated sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Test contacts through every path with the workflow Execution Logs open, and a test log with a pass or a fix per scenario.
  • Recorded training per role and a written map of the account, so the next person can read what each workflow does.
  • A written quote. The pricing page shows the bands; the call turns them into a number for your account.

FAQ

Questions about our solutions

Which solution should I start with?

If nothing is built, CRM implementation. If an account exists and is not working, an audit and then support or automation. If you are leaving another CRM, migration. If you resell the platform, SaaS and white label.

What is the difference between CRM implementation and automation?

Implementation builds the structure: pipelines, fields, calendars, phone and email. Automation builds the workflows that run on that structure. Most projects include both; some existing accounts only need automation fixes.

Can I buy just one solution?

Yes, each solution is scoped on its own, though automation depends on a sound structure, so we check that first.

How are solutions priced?

Quoted in writing after a call. The pricing page shows the bands and what moves the price.

Do I need an audit before any of these?

Only if you have an existing account. It tells you whether you need a fix or a rebuild before you spend on either.

Need help choosing?

Tell us what you run today and what is not working. We will tell you which of these applies and in what order.
